Orders will be shipped within 3 days after the payment has been cleared. All items that cannot be fulfilled within 3 days will be refunded to the customer’s account immediately.
U.S. Market Shipments:
Wayal uses major shipping companies such as US Postal Services, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping fees are based on the shipping company of your choice. A tracking number will be provided for each order/shipment. You may also pick up your order at our Los Angeles office (LA Will Call) without incurring any shipping charges. If you prefer to use a particular shipping method, please notify customer service.
You should receive an email confirmation of your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Your order details and the tracking information can also be found under “My orders” tab when you log into your account.
Wayal ships internationally. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any/all VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. that may be required by the destination country pertaining to the importing of consumer goods. Wayal does not collect these fees beforehand. And due to the numerous cost structures around the world, Wayal can not provide an estimate of any costs.
In order to be prepared for customs clearance and avoid any shipping errors and/or unforeseen events, Wayal encourages all customers to research the terms and fees of these shipping methods of choice.

Wayal’s shipping department will be closed on the all major U.S. holidays and therefore, shipments will not be made on these days. Orders may still be placed, and shipments will be made the following business day.
